Refund, Cancellation & Treatment Policy
By purchasing any treatment, package, service, membership, device, or promotional offer from Galil Med Spa, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following policies:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness, and promotional services, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed.
This includes:
· Individual treatments
· Treatment packages
· Promotional offers
· Memberships
· Deposits
· Financing agreements
· Gift cards
· Devices and skincare products
Refunds will not be issued for:
· Change of mind
· Failure to complete recommended sessions
· Personal scheduling conflicts
· Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
· Delayed or gradual treatment results
· Failure to follow post-care instructions
2. Treatment Initiation Policy
A treatment or package is considered “initiated” once any of the following occurs:
· The treatment plan has been discussed and approved
· The appointment has been scheduled or reserved on the spa calendar
· Consultation and preparation have begun
· Any portion of the treatment has been performed
· Complimentary or bundled services/products have been provided
Once initiated, treatments and packages are no longer eligible for refund.
Reserved appointment times are considered allocated spa resources, staffing, and operational commitment.
3. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment (“No-Show”) or cancel within less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment may forfeit that treatment session.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in:
· Loss of promotional pricing
· Forfeiture of remaining sessions
· Requirement of deposits for future bookings
4. Device & Product Return Policy
For health, sanitation, and safety reasons, devices, skincare products, and consumable items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once:
· Opened
· Used
· Removed from the spa premises
Once a device or product leaves the spa, we can no longer guarantee its safety, handling, sanitation, or storage conditions for resale or reuse.
5. Results Disclaimer
Aesthetic and cosmetic treatments produce varying results depending on:
· Age
· Skin condition
· Lifestyle
· Medical history
· Hormonal factors
· Aftercare compliance
· Individual body response
No guaranteed outcome, exact result, or timeframe has been promised or implied.
Clients understand that multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal results.
6. Promotional Offers & Complimentary Items
Promotional pricing, complimentary services, bundled items, free devices, and bonus treatments are part of a combined promotional package value.
If a client disputes, reverses, or breaches payment after receiving promotional items or services, the spa reserves the right to:
· Revoke promotional pricing
· Charge full retail value for services/products received
· Suspend future appointments
· Submit supporting documentation during dispute investigations
7. Financing Agreements
Clients entering financing agreements acknowledge that:
· Financing approvals are completed through third-party providers
· Payment obligations remain valid once services/products are accepted
· Disputes regarding financing do not invalidate services already rendered or reserved
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing services, the client agrees not to initiate fraudulent or invalid chargebacks for services rendered, appointments reserved, consultations completed, products received, or treatment plans initiated.
The spa reserves the right to provide:
· Signed agreements
· Appointment records
· Treatment notes
· Text/email communications
· Photos (when consented)
· Financing documentation
· Product release confirmation
· Proof of service usage
as evidence during payment dispute investigations.
Fraudulent disputes may result in collections activity and denial of future services.
9. Acknowledgment
By proceeding with payment, scheduling, treatment, financing, or accepting products/services, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
